The House on Huffman Avenue

It’s amazing that despite spending so much time in one place that it’s completely possible not to see it for what it truly is. This house is like that for me. It was never home. Simply a holding place till something better came along. The story in this house was never mine to tell, but what took place in its walls, before my time here, affects my life forever.

Photos have a way of transcending time and space, especially when shared in spaces like this one. Through these photos I’m able to remember what I choose to remember. To find it’s sweet spots and document them as they haven’t been before. I guess I owe this old charmer that much.

At least I got one more sunset.
